

Elizabeth serves as a bridge between two cultures, two languages, two countries, and two people. An American-born Chinese, Elizabeth received her primary education in Taiwan and secondary and college education in the United States. She was the first Chinese Studies major to graduate from Wellesley College.
E. Tu Associates, Inc. was established in 1982 and incorporated in Cincinnati in 1987 as a U.S. manufacturers' rep for the Far East region. From 1982 - 2010, E. Tu Associates exported American made products through industry specific Asian and European trading companies. Through its active consulting and brokerage services, E. Tu Associates, Inc has helped many small to medium size companies export to Asia. Presently, Elizabeth Tu remains focused on consulting services for Sino-American and Far East trade; commercial and community translation and interpreting; and volunteer actively as co-chair of the Cincinnati Liuzhou Sister City Committee and board member of Cincinnati Art Museum, to name a few.
Elizabeth enjoys giving seminars related to China and Far East trade, culture and sister city related subjects. She continues to be a guest speaker on many China related subjects nationwide.
